Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
【4-Ton Truck Driver / Route Delivery】
This job involves delivering food products (such as frozen foods, ice cream, ice, vegetables, dairy products, etc.) primarily to major restaurant chain locations.
We deliver to approximately 10 stores in Chiba Prefecture via fixed routes.
The daily mileage is about 100 to 150 kilometers, and since there are no fixed delivery schedules, you can work safely without feeling rushed!
As part of the Morinaga Milk Industry Group, the company offers exceptional stability!
【Workflow】
Work shifts are between 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM; for loading, you’ll load the merchandise prepared by warehouse staff.
*Some sorting work is involved.

Travel to the assigned area in Chiba; upon arrival at the store, unload the items into the store using roll cage carts and platform carts. (Some manual handling is also required.)
Once you've placed the items in the designated area inside the store, you're done with that location!
*There’s a manual on how to set it up, so once you learn it, you’ll have nothing to worry about.

【Monthly Salary】
251,520 yen or more (Includes fixed allowances.)
During the 3-month training period and the 2-week probationary period, the hourly wage is 1,422 yen.
*Overtime pay is paid in full, calculated in one-minute increments.
*Transportation expenses are reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
*A 200,000 yen signing bonus will be provided!

For 22 workdays per month, 45 hours of overtime per month, and 154 hours of late-night shift pay: 389,000 yen

Shift Cycle: 1 month
Shift Submission Deadline: 30 days before the shift begins

There is about 1 to 2 hours of overtime every day.
