You will be responsible for store operations—including customer service and food preparation—as well as employee management and overall store management.

[Specific Duties]
・Store Operations
Simple food preparation, working the register, cleanup, customer service, and explaining items to customers when serving them.
・Sales Management and Purchasing Operations
Enter your daily results into the dedicated system. There are no complicated steps involved.
・Store and Tenant Management
Check to make sure all necessary items are in stock. Keeping the store clean is also an important part of the job.

▼Salary
Monthly salary starting at 260,000 yen + performance-based bonus
*Salary will be determined based on factors such as age, experience, and skills.
*We will pay the full amount of overtime pay.

Monthly salary: 338,800–423,600 yen + performance-based bonus
*If you become a store manager, an allowance for work outside fixed hours (which varies based on your base salary; equivalent to 30 hours, ranging from 58,100 yen to 94,700 yen) will be included in your salary.
Any amount exceeding this will be paid separately.
