【Forging Machine Operator】
As a Forging Machine Operator, you will manufacture precision metal components using forging machines.
* Produce engine and transmission parts for automobiles, motorcycles, and construction machinery.
* Operate forging equipment using specialized molds (dies) to shape and manufacture metal components.
No experience is required, so you can start with confidence.
Our experienced staff will provide thorough training and support, making this a great opportunity for anyone looking to develop new skills and build a career in manufacturing.

- Hourly wage: 1,500 yen and up
- Monthly Salary: 240,975 yen and up
- Fixed overtime pay: None
- Allowances: AC/DC Allowance
(2 shifts) 9,000 yen
- Diligence Allowance: 4,500 yen
- Regarding Late-Night Work
For late-night work and overtime, you will be paid a premium rate that exceeds the statutory minimum.
- Wage calculation formula: Hourly wage of 1,500 yen × average monthly working hours of 160.65 hours/month
- Average number of working days per month: 18.9 days.
- Commuting allowance: Reimbursement of actual expenses (no upper limit)
