Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
□ Soldering electronic parts onto printed circuit boards by machine and forming electronic circuits
□ External setup work for surface-mounting machines
□ Operating machines as a machine operator and replenishing parts
▼Salary
* The basic hourly wage is ¥1,400.
* A 25% late-night premium will be added to the hourly wage for work between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM the next day.
* Monthly income example: ¥1,400 × 7.75 hours × 21 days + night shift allowance = ¥249,141. However, this is only an example based on working 21 days, including 11 night shifts, and does not guarantee a specific amount.
* Monthly income of up to ¥280,000 is possible, including late-night allowance and overtime pay.
* Overtime allowance will also be provided separately.

The contract period is fixed until the end of September 2026.
Contract renewal will be decided based on the workload and work progress after the contract period ends, as well as the fixed-term employee’s ability, work performance, and work attitude.
