[Volunteer Management and Support for International Sporting Events]
This is a job from mid-September through early October.
This job plays a vital role in helping volunteers who support sports events carry out their duties with peace of mind.
Although this is a short-term recruitment opportunity, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from preliminary preparations to providing support during the event.
- [Before the Tournament]
- We provide operational support for volunteer training programs.
- We coordinate volunteer shifts and schedules.
- I am responsible for setting up the venue and preparing equipment.
- Deliver materials and liaise and coordinate with relevant departments.
- In addition, we will handle other preparatory tasks related to operations.
- [During the tournament]
- I will be in charge of checking in volunteers.
- I handle roster management and data entry into the computer.
- We will adjust staffing and shifts.
- We will be distributing boxed lunches and beverages.
- I am responsible for the operation and management of the break room.
- We will patrol the venue and provide initial assistance to anyone feeling unwell.
- We handle various inquiries and provide initial support in the event of issues.
- In addition, you will be responsible for general operational support tasks.
It is a rewarding job that plays a vital role in supporting our volunteers.

Hourly wage: 1,600 yen
*Hourly wage during the training period (one day only): 1,300 yen
