Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
* Customer service in the dining room
* General cooking in the kitchen
* Prep work (cutting ingredients, etc.)
As you grow in the role, you will expand the scope of your responsibilities and become involved in store management.

* Order processing and cost management
* Hiring Part-Time and Temporary Staff
* Staff Schedule Management
* Planning and implementing services that delight customers

Base Salary: Annual Salary 4 million yen – 5.5 million yen
Fixed Overtime Pay: Yes
[Flat-Rate Allowance]
Commuting allowance provided
・Includes a fixed overtime allowance (63,042–95,189 yen per month, equivalent to 45 hours). If overtime exceeds 45 hours per month, additional payment will be provided on a monthly basis.
・Includes two fixed-amount bonuses per year (for an annual salary of 4 million yen, 250,000 yen is paid monthly, with the remainder paid as two annual bonuses)

Actual working hours: 8 hours per day
Average number of workdays: 20 to 23 days per month
