Responsible for check-in when guests arrive and check-out when they depart. Respond to guests' questions and requests politely and support a comfortable stay.
[Customer Service Operations]
In places like the restaurant and lobby, strive to provide courteous service so that guests can have a pleasant experience. Also, provide guidance on meals and facilities.
[Restaurant Service Operations]
Play a role in serving dishes to guests, providing them with an enjoyable mealtime. Handle serving and order confirmations to deliver smooth service.
[Room Hygiene Management]
To ensure guests have a safe stay, perform room cleaning and bed-making. Maintain thorough cleanliness and provide a comfortable environment.

Monthly Salary: 205,000 yen
Base Salary: 190,000 yen
Fixed overtime pay: 15,000 yen (equivalent to 10 hours)
