Perfect Attendance Allowance: ¥5,000

9:00 AM–5:00 PM (7 hours 15 minutes actual work + 45-minute break)
11:20 AM–7:20 PM (7 hours 15 minutes actual work + 45-minute break)
2:00 PM–10:00 PM (7 hours 15 minutes actual work + 45-minute break)

Several foreign employees have successfully transitioned from (i) to (ii).
Some have been recognized for their skills just 2 years and 2 months after arrival in Japan.
Support is available for job duties and exam preparation based on individual effort and ability.
Meal Allowance: ¥2,200/month
Paid in full when meals are purchased 20 or more times per month.
