Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
At the farm, we raise and care for poultry, from chicks to adult birds.
Perform tasks such as shipping poultry and cleaning up.
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: 200,000 yen (approximately 1,200 yen per hour)
Allowances: Perfect Attendance Allowance: 5,000 yen / Housing Allowance: 5,000 yen (for renters only)
Total Monthly Pay: Approximately 210,000 yen
Estimated Take-Home Pay: Approximately 168,550 yen (after deductions of approximately 41,450 yen for social insurance, taxes, etc.)

Rotating shifts based on the schedule below (actual working hours: 6 hours and 40 minutes each)
Morning Shift: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Break: 80–140 minutes)

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (80-minute break)
