▼Job Responsibilities
You will work as a front-of-house and kitchen staff member at the hamburger restaurant "Bikkuri Donkey" (full-time position).
●Dining Room Staff
・Show guests to their seats
・Order Taking
・Serving meals
・General operations related to other services
● Kitchen Staff
・Preparing and prepping ingredients
・Food preparation
・Dishes, tidying up, etc.
▼Salary
Example Monthly Income: 308,158 yen + allowances (*Based on 45 hours of overtime per month)
⭐︎ Bonus: Twice a year (based on performance)
* Approximately 300,000 to 500,000 yen (based on last year's figures)
* No payment in the first fiscal year
⭐︎ Pay Raise System: Once a year
* Approximately 5,000 to 20,000 yen / To be determined during an interview with the CEO

・Commuting expenses: Partially reimbursed (gasoline costs are reimbursed for those who commute by car)
・Overtime pay: Calculated and paid in one-minute increments
・Family allowance: 5,000 yen per month if you have a spouse
・Birthday bonus: 3,000–5,000 yen
・First-Day Bonus: 10,000 yen if you work on January 1
