▼Job Responsibilities
[Manufacturing and Packaging of Parts Used in Ships]
We handle relatively lightweight parts that fit in both hands.
Casting Operations
This process involves using an electric furnace to pour molten iron into a mold.
*Since we use an electric rice cooker, it doesn't get that hot on site!
Removal
Once they've cooled, remove the pieces from the mold and place them in the basket.
Finishing and Packaging (*You can wait until you get the hang of it!)
We use a file or similar tool to neatly shape the product, then package it for shipment.
★Our experienced staff will teach you everything from scratch, so even if you're new to the manufacturing industry, you can start with confidence!
