Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
⭐︎Daily Cleaning Services
- Cleaning common areas, including restrooms, kitchenettes, etc.
- Vacuuming, floor cleaning, trash disposal, and other cleaning duties
⭐︎ Burmese ↔ Japanese Translation & Interpretation
- Communicating requests from facility managers to Myanmar employees in Burmese
- Translating and typing shared information
- Managing and coordinating the work of Myanmar employees
⭐︎On-Site Supervisor Duties
- Inventory management of cleaning supplies and consumables
- Responding to requests from facility users and administrators
- Creating reports using Excel and Word

【Monthly Salary】
¥250,000–¥300,000 (including a fixed overtime allowance of ¥9,875–¥11,850 for approximately 5 hours of overtime per month)
⭐︎Bonuses paid twice a year
⭐︎Commuting allowance provided (up to ¥50,000 per month)
⭐︎Job-related and family allowances available
⭐︎Annual salary increase
※ Salary will be determined based on your experience and skills.
※ Any overtime exceeding the hours covered by the fixed overtime allowance will be paid separately.
