▼Job Responsibilities
In our company, we sort and perform intermediate processing of industrial waste generated from the factory.
Since we do not handle any smelly food here, you can work comfortably.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Accepting industrial waste delivered by truck.
- Feeding waste into specific machines for processing.
- Loading processed waste onto vehicles for shipment.
- Performing these tasks using forklifts and heavy machinery.
Our company places importance on cleanliness, and the premises are always kept tidy. ▼Salary
The monthly salary is from 200,000 yen to 300,000 yen.
A technical allowance is provided based on qualifications obtained, with an additional 5,000 yen per item every month (up to a maximum of 20,000 yen).
A housing allowance of 20,000 yen is granted to the head of the household, an attendance allowance of 10,000 yen, a health allowance of 8,000 yen, and commuting expenses are fully covered as a commuting allowance.
Overtime pay is provided separately.
There is also a family allowance, which grants 10,000 yen to a dependent spouse and 30,000 yen per child (limited to those under 18 years old).

Weekend rest (Saturday and Sunday) is also negotiable.
There are long holidays of 5-6 consecutive days during GW, summer, and year-end/New Year as large holidays.
Additionally, 10 days of paid leave are granted after 6 months of joining.
