Role Overview:
Make cutting boards and kitchen supplies in a local factory. Senior team members will train you step-by-step.
What You’ll Do:
Start: Learn product bonding and adhesive work.
Grow: Train to run production machines as you gain experience.
Maintain: Keep your workspace safe and clean.

Monthly Salary: 250,000 yen – 450,000 yen
To be determined based on experience and skills
*Training period: Hourly wage of 1,200 to 1,500 yen
*Bonuses twice a year (3,600–7,200 yen per month)
(FY 2025 Results: 4 months' worth)
*Overtime pay is paid in full.
