Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
[Production Operator (Plating Process)]
Since the production line is largely automated, the work mainly involves providing support for the machinery and inspecting products.
① Loading the Circuit Board
・Place the unprocessed printed circuit board on the manufacturing rack (tray).
・Place it in the machine's feed opening and press the start button.
② Automatic Plating Process
・The machine automatically transports the circuit boards to the plating tank and performs the plating process.
・During this time, the operator visually checks the surrounding area and prepares for the next step.
③ Product Retrieval (Removal)
・Collect the circuit boards that have been processed and have come off the machine.
・Perform a simple visual inspection to check for any defects in the product.
④ Handoff to the Next Process
・We gather the collected products onto a cart and transport them to the next process.
▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,400 yen
Travel expenses will be reimbursed separately.
As an example of monthly income, the total gross pay is 287,700 yen, consisting of 235,200 yen for regular work and an additional 52,500 yen for overtime.
