▼Job Responsibilities
All duties related to food and beverage services within the hotel *Multi-tasking required*
⇒While the position primarily involves general cooking duties, you will also be expected to multitask and perform service-related tasks.
You will perform a variety of tasks, including “purchasing and preparing ingredients,” “plating dishes,” “cooking,” “inventory and ingredient management,” and “front-of-house duties.”
To serve dishes that make the most of the local ingredients, you’ll gain a broad knowledge of ingredients as well as advanced culinary and customer service skills.

Monthly salary starting at 186,100 yen
Fixed overtime allowance (linked to overtime work): 13,900 yen* (approximate)
Total pay: 200,000 yen* (approximate)
Annual income of 2,400,000 yen* (approximate)
