Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
Material Loading/Unloading Staff
Using a forklift, you will perform the task of receiving gardening and exterior materials. You will also be responsible for the following duties:
- Picking operations for items aimed at home centers.
- Product pallet stacking within the logistics center.
- Handling the unloading and shipment preparation of products.
Support is available for obtaining a forklift license, so even those without experience can apply with confidence. There are two bonuses per year, and with weekends off, you can enjoy a fulfilling private life.

The monthly salary ranges from 200,000 yen to 260,000 yen, depending on the Japanese level. Raises are conducted once a year based on personnel evaluations. Bonuses are paid twice a year. There is about 10 hours of overtime work per month, and there is a possibility of working on Saturdays during busy periods.

Holidays are Saturdays and Sundays. Public holidays on weekdays are working days, but there are three Saturdays a year when you have to work. Summer vacation and year-end holidays can each be taken as a 9-day vacation. In addition, we provide four refresh holidays per year apart from paid leave.

There is a trial period of 3 months. The salary conditions are the same during the trial period.
