2. Individuals who have completed the Technical Intern Training Program (Long-Term Care)
218,900 yen (including a 28,900 yen salary improvement allowance)
3. Individuals who have completed either the Initial Training Program or the Practical Training Program
228,900 yen (including a 28,900 yen salary improvement allowance)
4. People in the 2+3 category: 238,900 yen
(Includes a 28,900-yen allowance for improved working conditions)
5. Certified Care Worker: 258,900 yen
(Includes a working conditions improvement allowance of 28,900 yen and a certification allowance of 10,000 yen)
◎ Night shift allowance: 10,000 yen per shift
(The pay during the probationary period is 3,000 yen.)
