▼Job Responsibilities
As a Moving Support Staff, your job is to move furniture and household belongings.
No experience necessary! We provide training, so you can start with confidence.
At first, you will work as part of a team, so you won't be working alone.
We help our customers safely move their furniture and belongings and start their new lives.
You will also learn how to drive a truck, so this job is recommended for people who enjoy physical work.
(Daily Schedule)
7:00 – Arrive at work
8:00–8:30 – Morning moving job starts
11:00–11:30 – Morning moving job ends
11:30–13:00 – Lunch break and travel
13:00–14:00 – Afternoon moving job starts
16:00–17:00 – Afternoon moving job ends
17:00–18:00 – Return to the branch office and finish work
▼Salary
We guarantee a monthly salary of at least 300,000 yen for the first 12 months after joining the company. (Terms and conditions apply.)
The monthly salary ranges from 277,213 to 414,029 yen.
Includes a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 60 hours (83,713 to 125,029 yen).
You will receive full pay even if your overtime is 60 hours or less. Overtime pay will be provided separately for hours exceeding 60.
We will pay 30,000 yen per month to anyone who holds a medium-sized vehicle license or a quasi-medium-sized vehicle license (with no 5-metric-ton limit).
If you obtain a Class 2 driver's license (5 metric tons, no restrictions) or higher after joining the company, we will continue to pay you 30,000 yen per month for the remainder of the guarantee period.

▼Overtime Details
During busy moving seasons, such as March, there’s a bit more overtime, but during other times of the year, I can usually leave work by 6:00 p.m.
*The average number of overtime hours per month is about 2 hours.

You will have more than 120 days off per year, including 10 days off each month. (Since you can request your preferred days off, it's easy to take time off.)
Paid leave includes: New Year's holidays, summer vacation, bereavement leave, annual paid leave, Wedding Anniversary Leave, and Spouse's Birthday Leave. (The last two are also paid leave.)

Probationary Period: 1 month
After obtaining a Class 2 license, you must complete 20 hours of training to finish the process.
