【Caregiver】
We provide care and daily life support for residents and service users.
- We support daily living activities.
- We offer emotional support by listening to conversations.
- We help bring out smiles from the service users.

▼Salary
Base Salary: 177,700 yen – 184,300 yen per month (*Varies depending on the department)
・Special Housing Support Allowance: 10,000 yen/month *20,000 yen/month for the first 5 years of employment
・Perfect Attendance Bonus: 6,000 yen per month *Applies only if the total number of absences, late arrivals, early departures, and personal leave is 0.
・Weekend and Holiday Allowance: 2,000 yen per shift (4,000 yen per shift for night shifts)
・Night shift allowance: 5,000 yen per shift (16-hour shift)
・Late-night shift allowance: 4,000 yen per shift (8-hour shift)
・Commuting allowance: Up to 50,000 yen per month
[Pay Raises and Bonuses]
Pay Raises: Once a year* (Regular Pay Raise System)
Bonuses: Twice a year (base salary × 1.0 [June], base salary × 1.08 [December])
