Monitor IT company networks.
・Monitor the Internet connection to ensure there are no issues.
・Contact internet service provider to check if there is an outage.
・Report the status of the outage to our customers and take the necessary actions.
・Check the status of the server equipment.
・Enter the data and generate a report.
・The position also involves some phone calls.
