You will be responsible for handling guest reservations at a luxury hotel.
This is a job where you’ll use your English skills to provide a comfortable stay for guests.
- We accept reservations for accommodations.
- I handle customer inquiries by phone and email.
- We'll help you check or change your reservation details.
- We handle inquiries regarding accommodations.
- We will enter data into the hotel's proprietary system.
With many customers from overseas, this is an attractive position that offers the opportunity to work in an international environment.

Hourly Wage: 1,600–1,700 yen
- Varies depending on experience and skills
Transportation expenses: Fully reimbursed
If overtime work totals less than 10 hours in a month, an allowance is paid.
