A job processing quail into meat products
You can work quietly and with focus while listening to music.
[What Kind of Job Is It?]
・Sort and collect live quails.
・Prepare the quail by removing the feathers and innards.
・Select the meat, place it in a package, and apply a label.
・Monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures, and count the meat inventory.
・Prepare the meat and hand it over to the delivery driver.
・Follow the rules and clean up thoroughly.
It's an important job that produces the high-quality meat used in famous restaurants.

The work is not time-bound; instead, you will repeat the steps listed below (①–③).
① Process into meat
The work involves collecting the quails, gas stunning, scalding, plucking, and removing internal organs.
② Pack into bags
Then you'll sort and inspect the meat, pack it, and apply labels.
③ Take it to the refrigerator or freezer
Transfer the finished products to the refrigerator or freezer.
★Your main job is to repeat steps ① through ③!
*You'll take a lunch break partway through.

Hand it over to the delivery person.
Clean (wash and disinfect) the workspace and equipment.
