Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will sort packages received from the fulfillment center by delivery route and hand them off to drivers.
This sorting work is the starting point of delivery to customers. Accurate sorting helps ensure customers receive their orders on time, making this an important role in supporting fast and reliable delivery.
<Job Duties>
- Receive packed items from trucks and move them from cage carts to the sorting area
- Sort packages into bags according to delivery route
- Load sorted bags onto cage carts and move them to delivery trucks
- Clean the work area and restock supplies
- Tasks may involve loading packages above shoulder height or below waist level
- Work is performed using a smartphone-sized handheld device, while wearing safety shoes, safety gloves, and a safety vest
- At some locations, you may also be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and packing items ordered by customers
- Checking that items meet quality standards
* Job duties may change within the scope determined by the company.
* Your work location may change to a fulfillment center, external fulfillment center, delivery station, or production center within Japan that does not require relocation.
No experience necessary — training and support will help you learn the job.
