Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
We provide interpretation and daily living support for Cambodian trainees.
The specific job duties are as follows.
・We translate work procedures and company rules into Khmer and explain them in an easy-to-understand way.
・We provide support to ensure that Cambodian trainees can live comfortably in Japan.
・We’ll go with you and provide support when you need to handle paperwork at government offices, visit the hospital, or go shopping.
*You may be asked to assist with tasks alongside workers and trainees.
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥194,400 and up
・Family Allowance: (¥5,000 for a spouse, ¥5,000 per child, up to ¥15,000 per month)
・Overtime pay
・Position Allowance
・Certification Allowance
Salary increases are available once a year, and bonuses are paid twice a year.
▼Contract Period
Contract renewed annually.
▼Working Days and Hours

Generally none
▼Holiday
Two days off per week

Duration of the training program: 6 months
