・Kitchen Staff: Food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and purchasing ingredients
・Front of House Staff: Greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food, cashier duties, and cleaning
・Training new employees
・Store Management: Shift scheduling and financial/performance management

【Salary】
Monthly Base Salary: From ¥224,505
Total Monthly Income: From ¥280,000
*Includes ¥55,495 fixed overtime pay for 36 hours (extra overtime paid separately).
【Bonus & Pay Raises】
・Annual Bonus: Once a year (April)
・Pay Raises: Available (based on performance evaluation)

- ¥300,000/month: New grad, 1.5 years with company (Assistant Manager)
- ¥380,000/month: Mid-career hire (30s), 1 year with company (Store Manager)
