[Road Paving Crew Members]
This job involves paving and maintaining roads. We also carry out public works projects for cities and local government offices.
The company provides all the tools and work clothes needed for the job.
During the hot summer months, we also provide water-cooled uniforms to help keep you cool.
You’ll learn the ropes step by step alongside our experienced staff. Let’s work hard together to become fully-fledged craftsmen!

280,000 yen (base salary: 220,000 yen + fixed overtime pay: 30,000 yen + housing allowance: 30,000 yen)
Experienced:
Monthly Salary: 300,000–400,000 yen
Fixed overtime pay: 30,000 yen (equivalent to 16 hours)
