【Manufacturing Support Staff】
This job involves light-duty tasks inside a factory. Even if you have no factory experience, you can start with confidence!
- Hang parts on special hooks.
- Inspect painted products and identify any defects.
- Pack finished products and prepare them for shipment.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is ¥1,450.
Example Monthly Salary: Over ¥290,000 (Hourly wage × 8 hours × 21 days + overtime pay).
Overtime: Approximately 20–40 hours per month during busy periods.
▼Contract Period
Fixed-term contract (Contract renewal will be determined based on workload, work progress, employee skills, job performance, and work attitude at the end of the contract period.)
