▼Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to join the proofing team in our manufacturing department. Your main job will be making the dough using polyethylene and then cutting shapes out of it (you will also be asked to do packaging and shipping work).
Start off with tasks as simple as pressing a button on a machine!
As you get used to the work you will be asked to do things like:
Checking if the machinery is working properly.
Setting up the machinery for manufacture.
Actively transporting anything you need.

Even though it is a factory, it is also a workplace of about 40 people with a warm atmosphere that you can think of as a "workshop", so you can feel free to ask others to "please do this next".

Monthly salary 182,000 yen~ (base salary)
*Night shift allowance paid separately
*Overtime allowance paid separately
*Payroll due on the 20th and paid on the 27th every month

▼Working Days and Hours
Three-shift system
- 08:00-16:50
- 16:00-00:50 the next morning
- 00:00-08:50
*Each shift includes a 1-hour break and 7 hours 50 minutes of actual work
*You will not be asked to work a day shift the day after a night shift.
*Your shifts will rotate every week.
*Shifts are allocated during the middle of each month (you can choose your days off before then)
*During the peak season, from November to January, we ask for an average of 1-2 hours of overtime per day.
