Hydraulic cylinder masking process

Set a 2-meter cylinder on a machine by operating a crane.
Set the 2-meter cylinder on the machine by operating the crane.

Remove dirt and oil from the cylinder with hot water
↓ Submerged inspection
Submerged inspection
(submerge in water to check for air bubbles)

Wipe with thinner
↓ Masking
Masking for protection before painting
↓ ↓ Masking
Put on the special stand

Hourly wage: 1,700 yen

Example of monthly income: 1,700 yen x 8h x 20 days = 272,000 yen or more + overtime + transportation expenses stipulated
