Manufacturing Engineering Engineer
　　Design, development, and preparation of manufacturing processes and methods that satisfy customer requirements by utilizing our company's technologies.
　　Those who have working experience in manufacturing technology and knowledge of mechanical engineering/electrical engineering, etc.

Quality Control Engineer
　　Setting up quality control methods for our products, investigating the causes of defects and planning countermeasures when they occur.
　　Those who have working experience and knowledge of quality engineering and statistics.

Equipment maintenance personnel
　　Maintenance work (repair and maintenance) of machinery.
　　Experience and knowledge of mechanical engineering/electrical engineering.

▼Salary
Daily/monthly salary system (closing on the 20th of each month, paid at the end of the month)

Salary (example): 170,000 yen - 306,500 yen/month
Overtime and commuting allowances will be paid separately.
Based on our company's standards and determined by reflecting experience, etc.

Surcharge rate paid for overtime, holidays, or late-night work
　 (a) Overtime: overtime (35%), overtime (25%), overtime (25%), overtime (35%), overtime (25%), overtime (25%)
　 (b) Holidays: statutory holidays (35)%, non-statutory holidays (25)%, and
　 Late night (50%)

Various allowances
Commuting allowance: Up to 25,000 yen per month, calculated by distance (km)

Family allowance: spouse 10,000 yen, first child 5,000 yen, second child 3,000 yen

No fixed term of contract

▼Working Days and Hours
Weekdays Monday through Friday. Holidays may also be included.

Start at 08:45 and end at 17:30.
Lunch break is 45 minutes: 12:00 to 12:45
Paid short break of 15 minutes: 15:00 to 15:15
15 minute break for overtime work: 17:30 to 17:45

Annual paid leave: Granted as stipulated by law after 6 months of continuous service.
Other leave: As per work rules, congratulatory leave, condolence leave, etc.

Work outside of scheduled working hours: Yes
Overtime work is limited to 2 hours per day and 20 hours per month.

Holidays: Based on company calendar (Sat., Sun., GW, summer, year-end and New Year)
Company calendar for 2022: 121 days off per year

▼Training
Trial period: 3 months from the date of employment
* No paid vacations during this period
* Trial period may be extended for one month, and in that case, the company will notify the employee in advance.

Work location will be assigned to one of the following locations depending on aptitude and duties.
・Seki No.1 Plant: 19 Ota-cho, Seki-shi, Gifu Prefecture, Japan
・Seki No.2 Plant: 33-1 Babade, Seki-shi, Gifu Prefecture
・Kurachi R&D Center: 2511-1, Kurachi, Seki-shi, Gifu
・Hitase Plant: 1757 Hitase, Seki-shi, Gifu
