▶ Quality control of the entire system
Your main job will be to establish a QMS for the entire project.
Incident management of the entire system
Identification and remediation of quality defects
Improvement of quality control infrastructure
Planning and execution management of quantitative quality method measures
etc.

▶Management of outsourcing members
Work instructions to members
Shift management

We also create checklists/test cases, manage schedules/progress, and ensure work quality.

▶Confirm that specifications and actual behavior match
Test Design
Testing Efficiency
Creation of test schedules
Debug team resource management
Assess and train individual members of the debugging team
Communication and negotiation/coordination with developers
Liaison with development side QA
Analysis and reporting of quality and defect status
Documentation

Examples of Quality Control Perspectives
Is the screen layout consistent?
Does the arranged object behavior match?
Are validations properly set up?
Appropriate internal logic and algorithms
Is there a problem with filling in input values with all kinds of values, character counts, etc.?

Is there poor usability based on operations and user flow?

Comes to the office only on Tuesdays and other times remotely. Although many employees work remotely, they have a habit of meeting each other through MTG every day, so communication is smooth.
