General: 1,250 yen per hour (10,000 yen per day)
Traffic guidance certification holders: 1,375 yen per hour (11,000 yen per day)
*Persons 65 years of age or older: 1,100 yen per hour (8,800 yen per day)
Will be reviewed and revised every 3 months

Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Break time・・・・Lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
10-minute short breaks in the morning and one in the afternoon
Statutory holidays: Sundays
Prescribed holiday・・・・2 days a week
*Days off are selectable based on shift system
Training period・・・20 hours of training for new employees
Trial period: 3 months
The 20 hours of training will be divided into 3 to 4 days.
During this period, everyone will be paid 1,100 yen per hour
