▼Job Responsibilities
If you are not forklift certified... manufacturing concrete products.
Pouring materials into formwork, mixing paint, and all other operations until the product is completed.

If you are forklift qualified...Transportation and shipping of finished products
Stack finished products on pallets or carry them to the shipping area with a forklift.

Because we handle concrete, some of the products are heavy (10-15 kg), and your clothes and hands may get dirty, but everyone works together to get the job done.
However, everyone cooperates with each other in the work.

▼Salary
1,400 yen per hour
1,750 yen per hour for overtime and working on holidays
Overtime work is paid at 1,750 yen per hour after 8 hours of actual work.

Basic salary: 1,400 yen x 8 hours x 20 days = 224,000 yen
Monthly example) 224,000 yen + transportation expenses

Example of transportation expenses)
In the case of a one-way distance of 10 km - 400 yen per day
400 yen x 20 days = 8,000 yen

Long-term (contract renewal every 3 months)

8:30 - 17:30 (60-minute break, 8-hour workday)
Early arrival may be required (early arrival is from 7:30 a.m.).

Overtime is rarely required, but early work may be required

Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
One Saturday per month according to the company calendar.
