This is a manufacturing operation for products mainly called bearings among automotive parts.
No experience is required, but if you are motivated, you are more than welcome to join our team!

Put materials in a box into a machine.
Operate the machine (push buttons, etc.)
Carrying materials to each area or near the machine
Inspecting finished products for scratches and stains.
Other simple work such as making boxes

The work site is air-conditioned, so you can work in a comfortable temperature!

1,250 yen per hour
1,563 yen per hour for overtime and working on holidays

Overtime hourly wage is 1,563 yen after 8 hours of actual work.
*Midnight hourly wage is 1,563 yen between 22:00 and 5:00.
*Special allowance will be paid for a limited period of time. 150 yen will be paid per hour worked.
Those who wish to live in a dormitory can choose either free dormitory expenses or a special allowance.

Base salary 1,250 yen x 7 hours 45 minutes x 21 days = 203,438 yen
Overtime example) 1,563 yen x 40 hours = 62,520 yen

Special allowance) 150 yen x 202 hours 45 minutes = 30,412 yen
Monthly example) 315,150 yen + transportation expenses

In the case of a one-way distance of 10 km: 400 yen per day
400 yen x 20 days = 8,000 yen

(1) 07:55 - 16:40 (60 minutes break, 7 hours and 45 minutes work time)
(2) 19:55 - 4:40 the next day (60 minutes break, 7 hours and 45 minutes work time)

(*The hours of (1) and (2) are alternating shifts.
Other hours may vary depending on the team you work for.
Please consult with us about day shift only, etc.

Overtime may occur from 10 to 40 hours depending on the department.
