Vantage Japan's vision was born from our founder's experience of seeing the unlimited potential of children in their early years, as they naturally acquire language skills and sensitivities through their interactions with different cultures.
We are not only teaching the children at the scheduled time, but also spending time with them in their daily lives, just like the teachers and staff at the preschool.
We want as many children as possible to acquire an international sense and communication skills that are in tune with the times (and appropriate for the times to come) through various "interactions" with foreign teachers.
We have a consistent desire for as many children as possible to acquire an international sense and communication skills that are appropriate for the current (and future) times through various "interactions" with foreign teachers.

Through the lessons, children develop an interest in English and foreign cultures.
We not only teach English, but also spend a lot of time with the children, so we can build a very deep relationship with them.
Join us in this very rewarding job where you get to see the children grow!

Only successful applicants will be contacted regarding the selection process.
