▼Job Responsibilities
You will work as a ryokan customer service staff to provide services to guests at ryokans, hotels, and restaurants.
Depending on the time of day, you will be responsible for multitasking, from welcoming guests to seeing them off.

・Main duties
・Welcome and send off guests
・Serving food and beverages in the restaurant
・Clearing dishes and glasses, washing dishes
・Bed-making
・Cleaning duties

You will be responsible for various tasks depending on the time of the day and other factors. We will ask you to perform duties so that you can make the most of your strengths, so those who are not comfortable working in Japanese can also work with confidence.

▼Salary
Total salary amount 180,600 yen (base salary 157,800 yen, fixed overtime allowance 22,800 yen) - 309,000 yen (base salary 270,000 yen, fixed overtime allowance 39,000 yen)
The salary amount includes a fixed overtime allowance (20 hours).
If overtime hours exceed 20 hours, the excess will be paid additionally.
Salary will be determined based on experience and ability.
Salary increases and bonuses are based on performance and evaluation.

* working hours may be negotiated depending on the store.

Overtime may be required on busy days.
Average monthly overtime is approximately 10 hours.

Paid vacation 10 days after 6 months of employment
