▼Job Responsibilities
The main tasks are mounting and dismounting rolls of film to and from the machine, assisting in machine operation and monitoring.
We have a printing machine and a laminating machine.
Each machine is operated by a team of two to three people, including the machine manager.
In addition, there are many departments within the company for shipping products, and all employees work together to produce products.
The products we manufacture are instant noodles and ice cream such as that be sold at convenience stores and supermarkets.

Base salary: 120,000 yen
- Performance allowance: 40,000 yen/month
- full-time allowance: 15,000 yen/month
- Housing allowance: 10,000 yen/month
- Overtime allowance (estimated 60,000-70,000 yen / month)
Night shift
- Night shift allowance 1,000 yen per night shift (average 10 shifts per month)
- Surcharge of 1.25 times is applied for night shift.
Total amount: Approx. 250,000 yen ~ (with deductions for social insurance, etc.)

2 days off per week (4 days work and 2 days off shift)
Day shift: 8:30-17:00
Night shift: 20:30 - 5:00
