Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
This is a job to manage supplies in a hospital.
The items handled include medical supplies (syringes and bandages), pharmaceuticals, medical equipment (blood pressure monitors and intravenous infusion devices), and medical equipment used in surgery (scalpels and tweezers etc.)
The items handled will vary depending on the location to which the employee is assigned.

[Types of work]
You will be responsible for one of these tasks below:
Inventory control, quality control, and logistics management of medical supplies (transport of medical supplies from hospital warehouses to hospital wards and outpatient clinics), etc.
Inventory control, quality control, logistics management of medical products, and other assistance for pharmacists.
Inventory control of medical equipment, cleaning, simple inspection, and other assistance for clinical engineering technicians.
Collection, cleaning, and sterilization of used medical equipment.

Although this job does not involve direct contact with patients, it indirectly supports medical care by preparing the environment for medical personnel through the supply of products.

Generally, you use a cart to transport items inside the hospital.
You do not need a driver's license since you will not be transporting goods outside the hospital.
There is also no forklift use.

▼Salary
Full-time employees.
 Monthly salary. 155,000 yen and up for both Toyama and Fukui Prefectures *Experience and other factors considered.
 Overtime is paid in increments of one minute. Overtime work requires approval of supervisor.
 Extra pay for overtime, night work, and holidays.
 Family allowance is available.
 Salary increase and promotion once a year (based on performance)
 Bonus twice a year (summer and winter)

Hourly wage employee
 Hourly wage. Toyama Prefecture: 910 yen~, Fukui Prefecture: 900 yen~ *Experience and other factors considered.
 Overtime is paid in increments of one minute (in excess of 8 hours). *Overtime work requires approval of supervisor.
 Overtime, night work, and holiday work will be paid at an additional rate.
 Salary increase once a year (based on performance)

▼Contract Period
No fixed contract term.
Mandatory retirement age is 60. Continuous employment after retirement is possible.

▼Working Days and Hours
1 hour break.
Working days and hours vary depending on assignment.

Toyama Office (in Toyama University Hospital)
 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) *Saturday work several times a month
 12:00-21:00 or 3 shifts available (8:30-17:30, 10:00-19:00, 11:00-20:00)
 Full-time employees are limited to those who can work 3 shifts.

Fukui Office (in Fukui University Hospital)
 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
 8:30-17:30.

Fukui Prefectural Office (in Fukui Prefectural Hospital)
 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) *Only once every 1 or 2 months, employees are required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays on a rotating basis. Overtime allowance or compensatory holidays will be provided.
 8:00-17:00. *We welcome those who can also work 7:30-16:30!

(In the case of 3 or more consecutive holidays, there is a possibility of working one day out of the 3 or more.

▼Overtime Details
Performed with the approval of or under the direction of a superior.
Overtime pay is paid (premium) in increments of one minute.

▼Holiday
Varies depending on the office.
Basically, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are holidays.
However, there is a possibility of working once every three days for three consecutive holidays or more.

Toyama Plant works on Saturdays several times a month.
Fukui Prefectural Office may be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays once every 1 to 2 months on a rotating basis.
