▼Job Responsibilities
We support residents in maintaining their health and daily life by helping them with things they cannot do such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, sewing, etc. Taking advantage of the small number of residents (9 residents per unit), we are able to spend more time with them without being overly restricted by time schedules. There are many things to look forward to, such as making snacks and seasonal events.

940 to 1,060 yen per hour
Including incentive allowance
Night shift allowance (from 6,000 yen per shift)
No overtime work is required.
