The work includes assisting facility users in their daily lives where they are unable to do so themselves due to disability, illness, muscle weakness, etc.
The work is based on a typical day at the facility.
In the morning, we assist with dressing, washing faces, and elimination, as well as with meals and medication. During the day, we do recreational activities.
We also do manual labor, instruct exercise menus such as fall prevention exercises, watch over the residents, and assist with bathing and other activities.
At night, night shift workers stand by in the nursing staff's stuffing room and change diapers while responding to nurse calls for need to go to the restroom, inability to sleep, etc.
Although nursing care work requires a lot of physical strength, it is a very rewarding job because you can see the happy faces of the patients.
