Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
General restaurant and service industry operations related to customer service, cooking, and store operation management.

▼Salary
Varies depending on educational background and work experience.
Company policy: 230,000 for college & technical college graduates, 240,000 for university graduates, 230,000 for working adults, 250,000 for those with restaurant experience, and 280,000 for restaurant management experience.

▼Contract Period
Contract term: 1 year. Renewal annually in March (renewal month)

Promotion to full-time employee available

▼Working Days and Hours
Working days: 22 days per month on average, 8 days off per month

Working hours: 8 hours of actual work, with overtime (average monthly overtime: 30 hours)

Break time: 1 hour

▼Overtime Details
Includes deemed overtime allowance of 50,000 yen (40 hours) Excess amount will be paid separately.
