Picking and packing work at a plant that handles automotive parts.

◎ Inspection and stocking process
- Inspection of incoming parts
- Preparing for stocking by placing the parts on a cart.
- Registering locations using a handheld device

◎ Picking process
- Picking with the instructions on the cart (by cart)
- Handing over the picked items to the packing process

◎ Packing Process
Packing the products received from the picking process into cardboard boxes

▼Salary
Basic hourly wage: 1,350 yen
Overtime hourly wage: 1,688 yen
Late-night hourly wage: 1,688 yen

300,490 yen (10,460 yen (1,350 yen x 7.75 hours) x 20 days + 20 hours overtime + 40 hours late-night premium)

Renewal every 3 months

Monday ~ Friday (5 days a week)
Day shift: 6:30 a.m. - 3:20 p.m. (65-minute break)
Night shift: 5:15 p.m. to 2:15 a.m. (65-minute break)
* Day shift and night shift is rotated every week.

Average 10 ~ 30 hours per month

Saturday and Sunday (according to factory calendar)
