▼Job Responsibilities
Assembly, inspection, and packaging of air conditioning hoses for automobiles (all light work)
Set parts on equipment, push buttons, and assemble (assembly)
Inspect the assembled equipment (inspection)
Pack inspected parts into bags (packing)

【Monthly Income Example】 (Based on 20.34 working days, 30 hours of overtime, and shift work)
Regular Working Hours: ¥1,400 × 8 hours × 20.34 days = ¥227,808
Late-Night Allowance: ¥350 × 61.02 hours = ¥21,357 ※ Late-night hours (10:00 PM–5:00 AM) are paid at a 25% higher rate.
Total Monthly Income: ¥306,187
＊ Holiday work is paid at a 25% higher rate. ＊ Transportation expenses are provided separately (subject to a maximum limit).
