▼Job Responsibilities
Guidable is growing its business at a rapid pace, aiming for an IPO in a few years.
We are looking for new members to build a stable back-office structure to support this growth.

Back-office members proactively communicate with the management team and other members inside and outside the team to ensure the smooth running of the business,
The role of the back-office member is to support the company's organization, systems, and regulations, as well as to ensure that employees can enjoy their daily work.

The main duties include the following

Recruitment:
Recruitment and public relations
Recruitment management
Conducting interviews
Communication with candidates, etc.

Labor:
Attendance management
Confirmation of payroll
Communication with laborers, etc.

Finance:
Issuance of invoices
Payment confirmation
Bank transfer procedures, etc.

Legal:
Preparation, issuance, and management of contracts, etc.


Because we are a start-up company in the process of growing both our services and organization, each of us will have (and be entrusted with) a clear role within the back office, allowing for a great deal of discretion and the opportunity to hone our expertise.

Annual income 3.24 million yen - 8.4 million yen

◆Salary details (reference)
Monthly salary: 250,000 yen ~ 700,000 yen
 kore (basic salary): 186,500 yen to 515,300 yen
 kore (fixed overtime allowance (45 hours per month): 63,500 yen to 184,700 yen

Overtime allowance for overtime work in excess of 45 hours per month will be paid additionally.
Salary increase: Based on personnel evaluation twice a year (May and November) *Based on regulations
