This job involves assembling the bodies of automobiles after painting is complete.
Work takes place on the production line, primarily using electric screwdrivers to attach parts.
Since different vehicle models and specifications flow down the line one after another, you will manually install parts according to specifications using tools.
Within the specified takt time (time interval), this role requires handling numerous tasks.

＜Pay Raise System＞
- After 6 full months (from the 7th month): ¥1,800
- After 1 full year (from the 13th month): ¥1,860
- After 3 full years (from the 37th month): ¥1,950
*Pay raises based on internal evaluation system
*Contract completion bonus: ¥300,000 (subject to conditions)

【Working Hours】 5 days on, 2 days off (early shift/late shift) 2-shift rotation (rotates weekly)
1) Early Shift: 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM
Actual working hours: 7 hours 35 minutes
2) Late Shift: 4:45 PM to 1:30 AM next day
Actual working hours: 7 hours 35 minutes
*The start time for shift 2) may vary in 15-minute increments depending on production conditions.
