(Example) 8 hours per day (day shift) 21 days a month / 2 hours of overtime per day
① Base salary: 1,500 yen x 8 hours x 21 days = 252,000 yen
② Overtime allowance 1,875 yen x 2 hours x 21 days = 78,750 yen

Total of ① and ②: 330,750 yen
In some cases, commuting allowance and late-night allowance may be paid additionally.
