▼Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a driver who will be in charge of delivering groceries and daily necessities to the homes of Co-op Kobe members.
Most of the deliveries are made in the local neighborhood, and the daily driving time is about 2 hours.
In reality, you are not a just a transportation driver! You go to the area you are in charge of and make deliveries in that area.
The homes to be visited are fixed, so once you learn the route, you will be at ease.

Workday schedule:
▼6:30~7:00 Stacking (loading of goods prepared the day before)
▼8:00 Morning meeting (confirmation of communications, etc.)
▼8:30 Departure! Start of home delivery (delivery of products and catalogs, collection of order forms for next week's delivery, information about new products, etc.)
▼16:30 Return! Loading and unloading
▼16:35 Preparation for the next day
▼17:00 Paperwork (submission of collected order forms)
▼17:15 Leave the office

▼Salary
■Monthly salary: 240,000-380,000 yen + various allowances
*The above salary includes a fixed overtime allowance (41h/54,400yen～). Any overtime hours will be paid separately.
*Monthly salary is 210,000 or more during the escort period.
Salary increase: Available
Bonuses: Twice a year

■Example of monthly income
2nd year with the company/27 years old/293,000 yen (monthly salary 240,000 yen + various allowances)
5th year with the company/30 years old/323,500 yen (monthly salary 260,000 yen + various allowances)
☆Average monthly income in the first year of employment is more than 270,000 yen.
☆In addition to the basic salary, an average of 30,000 to 50,000 yen of work allowance will be added depending on your effort.
