Job information: Taxi Driver
This is a taxi driver job. We emphasize hospitality to our customers.
Once you pick up the customer, your job is to take them to their destination "safely, securely, and comfortably".

▼Salary
Base salary + overtime allowance + commission
Example: Monthly salary: 182,776 yen + overtime allowance + commission
Rate of commission: 60.315%
◎Additional bonus twice a year (Not a pooled fund)
◎Transportation expenses paid separately (*Within the regulated amount)
★For inexperienced employees, a monthly salary of 270,000 yen plus commission is guaranteed for the first year.
★Other benefits include education allowance, transportation expenses (subject to regulations), and bonuses (based on performance).

◆Salary during obtaining a Type 2 license: 20,000 yen per day (for a maximum of 8 days)
◆Salary during the training period after getting a Type 2 license: 10,000 yen per day

1) Sales 85,000 yen (1 day) x 12 rides = 1,020,000 yen → 1,020,000 yen x 60.315% = 615,213 yen + various allowances
(2) Sales 65,000 yen x 12 rides = 780,000,000 yen → 780,000,000 yen x 60.315% = 470,457 yen + various allowances
3) Sales 57,000 yen x 12 crews = 684,000 yen → 684,000 yen x 60.315% = 412,555 yen (*average) + various allowances

Salary until obtaining type 2 driver's license (maximum of 8 days): 20,000 yen per day

Your income will be guaranteed even during the study and training period.
In addition, only trainees and newly-appointed employees are guaranteed 270,000 yen per month for one year (12 rides per month).
