Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
We are responsible for the overall quality and product control of fresh fish!

Specifically, you will be responsible for quality checks, sorting and product management.

The main job duties include:
Checking shipping lists
Prepare food ingredients
Sorting food ingredients by delivery destination
Preparation for the next day's work, etc.

These are simple tasks, so there is nothing difficult to do!

We have a complete training system, so you don't have to worry even if you start with no experience!
Together with your seniors, you will first check and classify the quality of every product handled and learn how to move forward with the work, including knowledge of food ingredients and shipping factors.

▼Salary
Monthly salary:
More than 260,000 yen
*Including fixed overtime pay
The above is the minimum guaranteed amount at the time of entry into the company.

Fixed overtime pay:
55,000 yen or more/35 hours
*Fixed overtime pay will be paid even if there is no overtime work, and any excess will be paid separately.

Bonuses:
Twice a year (July and December)

Example of annual salary:
4.8 million yen / 20s / 2nd year with the company (monthly salary: 280,000 yen + allowances + bonus)
5.5 million yen / 30s / 4th year with the company / Senior manager (monthly salary: 350,000 yen + allowances + bonus)
6.3 million yen / 40s / 6th year with the company / section chief (monthly salary of 450,000 yen + allowances + bonus)
